Welcome to the Five Star Franchising – Home Services Summit! Please review the following reminders as you prepare for conference participation. We look forward to seeing you!

Agenda

  • You are welcome to view the latest Agenda and Schedule of Events HERE.
  • No extra tickets are needed to attend any of the events. Your registration covers the entire event as listed in the schedule for your registrant type.

Hotel / Conference Center

  • Booking: Our negotiated discounted rates are no longer available. You can still book directly on their website.

Transportation

  • Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft take approximately 10-20 minutes to arrive at the hotel from the airport
  • We recommend NOT renting a car, as it should not be needed if you are staying at the conference hotel

Parking

  • Valet Parking: $50 per day
  • Self-Parking: $25 per day

Onsite Registration

  • Registration opens on Wednesday, January 14th, from 12:00 - 5:00 PM.
  • Registration is open every day through Friday, January 16th. Times vary, so please check the agenda for exact times.

Finding The Conference Center

  • Upon entering the conference center area (via a large escalator) follow our branded signs to find our space.

Attire

  • Wednesday Night Reception and Awards Dinner – Business Formal
    • Women – Short afternoon or cocktail dress | A “little black dress” | Long dressy skirt and top | Dressy separates
    • Men – Dark business suit | Dark blazer with slacks | Dress shirt | Conservative tie (optional)
  • Thursday & Friday – Branded Wear / Business Casual
    • Show off your branded gear! Whether that's a polo, button-up, or even a nice t-shirt
  • Thursday Morning – Wear your NEW shirt given to you at registration. We will be taking photos immediately after the general session. The shirt is a black fun Vegas-themed short-sleeve button-up.
  • Friday Night Closing Part at OMNIA Nightclub – Cocktail Attire
    • Included below is the club’s official dress code if you wish the attend the club later that night
    • Essentials: Fashionable attire is a must. Avoid hats, flip-flops, athletic wear, and anything too casual or revealing.
    • Men: A collared shirt, dress shoes, and dark jeans or slacks are recommended. A sport coat adds a touch of class.
    • Women: Elegant dresses or sophisticated jumpsuits are ideal. Chic tops with skirts or tailored pants work well. Heels are not mandatory, but footwear should be stylish and not too casual.

Exhibitor Information (Registration, Swag, Raffle)

  • Move-In: Set Up for Exhibitors takes place on Wednesday between 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM
  • Move-Out: Breakdown for Exhibitors will take place on Friday at 1:30 PM.
  • On-site registration for Exhibitors they will need to register at the main registration desk as well as at the vendor check-in table in front of the tradeshow room with Mandy Shober.
  • Fern Show Services will be set up with an onsite support station to assist with any Exhibitor needs during the show hours.
  • Raffle Items: If you filled out the raffle gift form and brought something, bring it to Mandy Shober during your vendor check-in or connect with her early Thursday morning.

Awards Dinner and Closing Party Attendance

To ensure we have the correct amount of food, please confirm your awards dinner and closing party attendance. You can select dietary restrictions and confirm your attendance HERE after logging in.

Closing Party at Omnia Nightclub

We're excited to see you at the All In: On The House Afterparty at Omnia Nightclub on Friday night! The event is from 7-10 PM. You must be 21 or older and have a wristband to enter the club. You will receive the wristband during registration on Wednesday.

Get ready for a night of cocktails, music, exciting brand moments, and a spectacle you won't want to miss! The event is private. After the Five Star event concludes, Omnia Nightclub will open to the public. You are welcome to stay or return, but please note that the venue's specific dress code will apply if you re-enter. Our event's dress code is cocktail attire. For details on the Omnia Nightclub's specific dress code, if you plan to leave and return, please refer to the "attire" section above. We can't wait to celebrate with you!

Meals at the Conference

The following meals are included with your conference registration:

  • Breakfast and Lunch are served on Thursday and Friday
  • Wednesday Night – Awards Dinner: Hors d'oeuvres & drinks followed by dinner
  • Thursday Night – Happy Hour with Exhibitors: “Bar style” snacks, beer, and wine
  • Friday Night – Closing Party at OMNIA Nightclub: Dinner and drinks

Non-Conference Participants

We know that many of you are bringing family members or guests to this amazing city and hotel. Most of our events—including breakfast, lunch, and receptions—are business-oriented. They should be reserved only for those registered for the Home Services Summit. We welcome your family and guests to enjoy all the hotel amenities and multiple dining outlets. If you were already planning to bring someone not registered to one of our events, please notify us during registration, and we can figure out how we can accommodate you.
