Financial Policies, Terms & Conditions, and Privacy Policy
Applies to registrations for the Home Services Summit (Wednesday, January 14, 2026 - Saturday, January 17, 2026)
Conference Financial Terms & Policies
Authorization: By registering for the Home Services Summit, you agree to the following financial policies and authorize the event organizers to invoice you and/or charge the payment method provided at registration for any applicable fees as outlined below.
1) Hotel Block Policy Agreement
Attendees who choose not to stay at the designated conference hotel will be charged a $250 fee. Our meeting space, AV, and discounted rates are subsidized by a contracted room block; booking outside the block creates penalties and lost concessions, which could require higher registration fees for future events.
2) Attendance & No-Show Policy (Two-Week Notice)
A $250 no-show fee will be charged, in addition to the conference registration cost, if a registered attendee fails to attend without notifying the organizers at least two weeks prior to the conference start date (Wednesday, January 14, 2026). Any early bird or promotional discounts will be forfeited in the event of a no-show, regardless of whether notice is given.
3) Code of Conduct
All attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a professional, respectful, and courteous manner toward other attendees, speakers, staff, and venue personnel. Disruptive, harassing, or inappropriate behavior—as determined by the organizers—may result in removal from the event without refund and/or prohibition from future events.
4) Pay-On-Time Policy
Invoices are due upon receipt. If an invoice remains unpaid for 30 days after the invoice date, any early-bird or promotional pricing is forfeited and the registration will be re-invoiced at $999.
Terms & Conditions
Payment & Refunds
- Registration must be paid in full to confirm attendance.
- Refunds: Cancellations received at least two weeks before the conference start date (Wednesday, January 14, 2026) will be refunded in full with no administrative fee.
- Primary ticket exception: Refunds are not available for the first (primary) ticket on any registration; refunds apply only to additional tickets on the same registration.
- Within two weeks of the start date: Cancellations are non-refundable.
- Transfers: Registrations may be transferred to another individual at any time prior to Wednesday, January 14, 2026 with written notice to the organizers.
- Pay-On-Time: Invoices are due upon receipt. If unpaid 30 days after the invoice date, early-bird/promotional pricing is forfeited and the registration is re-invoiced at $999.
Program Changes
The organizers may adjust speakers, sessions, or schedule without refund.
Force Majeure
If events beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, strikes, pandemics, venue closure) require cancellation or postponement, liability is limited to registration fees paid.

Liability Waiver
You assume all risks related to participation and release the organizers, venue, sponsors, and affiliates from liability for injury, illness, property damage, or loss.
