Right after you complete HSS registration, a custom link to the Caesars Palace booking site appears on your confirmation page. This link connects your registration to your hotel reservation so we can track who has booked. Reserve your room right after registering to avoid issues finding your custom link later.

If you didn’t book right after registration, use either of these:

1. Confirmation page: Open your registration confirmation page and click the hotel reservation button. If you can’t access the page, you’re likely logged out—log back in, return to your confirmation page, and click the hotel button.
2. Email link: Shortly after registering, you’ll receive an email reminding you to book your hotel room. This email has a magic link that takes you to your confirmation page—without logging in. Search your inbox for the subject line “Don’t Forget to Book Your Hotel!” Then click the hotel reservation button on the confirmation page.

Important: Book through the official HSS link so you receive our negotiated rates and your reservation counts toward our room block (third-party sites won’t qualify).

Do NOT book by phone: If you call the reservation center instead of booking online, the hotel charges a $15 + tax fee per reservation.

We strongly recommend you book with our hotel partner for the following reasons:

• Take advantage of special rates. We worked with Caesars Palace to secure discounted group pricing. Our negotiated rates include a reduced $179/night room rate (vs. ~$229 standard) and a reduced $39.95/night resort fee (plus tax). These rates are only available through the official HSS booking link you receive after registering.
• Stay where the action is. Networking is one of the biggest benefits of HSS. By staying onsite, you’re in the middle of sessions, hallway conversations, and evening events—no commute, no missed connections.
• Save time and hassle. If you stay elsewhere, you’ll deal with full-price on-site parking or daily rideshares and waste time shuttling back and forth. Staying at the host hotel keeps everything in one place.
• Avoid extra fees. We guarantee a certain number of rooms to secure ballroom space and discounts. Booking outside the block or through a different link creates penalties. To keep future registration costs down, a $250 fee applies if you choose to stay outside the conference hotel or don’t use the official HSS link (see policy).
• Limited inventory reality. The room block is limited and may be released by the hotel after their cut-off. Booking through our link early gives you the best shot at the lowest rate and preferred dates.
• We can actually help you. When you book with the official HSS link, your reservation is tied to your registration. If something goes sideways, our team can work with the hotel to fix it—much harder (or impossible) if you booked elsewhere.

At booking, the hotel charges a deposit equal to the first night’s room and tax.

Cancel at least 72 hours before arrival to avoid penalties. If you cancel within 72 hours of arrival, the first night’s room and tax deposit is forfeited. If you book within 3 days of arrival, the first night’s room and tax are non-refundable.

Use the HSS booking link to ensure your reservation is in our block and eligible for our negotiated terms. Online promos may exclude the resort fee or have different terms and will not count toward our block. When in doubt, email events@fivestarfranchising.com before booking.

No. Third-party reservations (e.g., Expedia) don’t receive HSS rates and don’t count toward our room block. Group rates cannot be combined with other discount programs.

• Valet: Main valet: $50 per day; Colosseum valet: typically $40 per day (often $50 on event dates).

If you register but do not attend and fail to notify us at least two weeks before Wednesday, January 14, 2026, a $250 no-show fee applies in addition to your registration cost. Any early-bird or promotional discounts are forfeited for any no-show, regardless of notice.

Cancellations received at least two weeks before Wednesday, January 14, 2026 are refunded in full (no fee). Within two weeks, registrations are non-refundable. Note: refunds are not available for the first (primary) ticket on any registration; refunds apply only to additional tickets on the same registration.

All attendees must conduct themselves in a professional, respectful manner toward attendees, speakers, staff, and venue personnel. Disruptive, harassing, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal without refund and/or prohibition from future events.
